Adorable, yet horrific at the same time. That's a lot of rat babies.
Hard to say, isn't it? Well, in about two weeks, they'll be definately adorable. :)
I know. If I wasn't living with my parents, both of whom hate rats, I'd probably be in line for one.
Oh, how cool. I never took you for a rat guy. Well, we're not too far apart; whenever you get your own place, I can set you up! =)
Heheh. "whenever I get my own place," being the key phrase there.
Eeee, how cute! They look like little sausages with tails! :)
See, I would have said swarming jelly beans, but the sausage thing works too. :)

EEEEWWWW!!!EEEEEWWWWWW!!!!
This, from a man who has superimposed his girlfriend's photo into his own usericon with a big red heart. I don't want to hear "eeewwwww!" from YOU, Mr Sappy Pants. ;-P
About how big are they? I'm no expert but I'm fairly certain ratlings aren't that big.
Can we get another link to your rattery page? I can't seem to find it.
They are each about the size as the last two joints of my pinkie finger (and I have pretty small hands!). That's a tiny bit smaller than my last couple of litters, because there were way more babies in this litter. However, I did have one poor Siamese girl who gave birth to SEVENTEEN babies, and those pinkies were TINY!
The website is www.ziggabella.com ... if you click on "The Nursery", there are links to photos of previous litters, so you can see what they look like once they get some hair. :)
Ah, pinkies. I haven't heard that term since I had a friend who owned a scorpion.
Eww, scorpions eat pinkies, really? They're such gross creatures, it doen't surprise me, but still... yuck.
Eh. They're fun things to own, but they're not pets. They can't interact with you, other than hiding or stinging.
And they're uglier than all-get-out. Don't forget that part.
They're not cute like a rat is, but I still find them interesting to look at, even if it is in a grotesque sort of way. They're so unpleasant and mean looking that they can't help but be fascinating, in my book.

I like taking a big pile of ratlets and holding them in my cupped palms. They're so tiny and warm and wiggly.
They look like they're going to have really adorable markings.
They ARE wiggly! Blossom has been a very good momma so far, and has barely left them for a second. I am going to lure her away later so I can inspect them more closely! :)
awws! yAy for little rattie babies!
